Cleaning up this wiki has been a lingering TODO on my list for far to
long now, I'm glad Tim at least still finds the history useful. It's
more motivation for making it *actually* useful again.

If anyone is game to help out, I'd appreciate it. Ideally I'd like to
clean the database of all the spam (to shrink its size) while at the
same time implement some checks to limit spam from being posted. The
latter more straightforward to me, but messing around in MediaWiki's
tables gives me some pause. Any pointers, experience, and/or labor is
welcome.
