[LispM-Hackers] Anonymous CVS access

Anoncvs is available.  See the project page for details.  The user is 
'anoncvs', the password is empty, ie "".

I've set it up using CVSROOT/readers rather than having an explicit
writers list.  I figure that anybody who has a username on kappa can
get at the repository without pserver so they might as well have
write access via pserver as well.
