[LispM-Hackers] Disassembler

I was working on my Symbolics box when I realized a potentially fruitful
source of information on the instruction set -- the disassembler.  You can
find the source for the TI disassembler in <source>/compiler/disass.lisp.

I'm looking at it right now but haven't read it thoroughly.  It depends on
some stuff that I haven't quite found yet, I think.
