Hello all.

A new version of exploiter (exploiter-9d0613.tgz) is available at the 
usual place.

This version includes:

    New instructions TEST-CAR, LISTP, PUSH-CADR, PUSH-CDDR, DISPATCH, 
SETE-CDDR, BR-ATOM, BR-NOT-ATOM, %ASSURE-PDL-ROOM, CDR, %P-STORE-CONTENTS, 
INTERNAL-GET-2, %NUBUS-WRITE, %STRING-EQUAL, %BLT-TYPED, %NUBUS-READ, 
%P-LDB-OFFSET, GLOBAL:MINUS, <, LAST, LENGTH, SYMBOL-FUNCTION, 
SYMBOL-VALUE, ARRAY-RANK, INT-CHAR.

    Fixed BOUNDP (SSDN2 section 20 had the result values backwards).

    Started adding SIB board support.

    Some changes to how instance-funcalling isn't handled.

    Set up some more A-Memory variables (A-PHYSICAL-RESOURCE-BITMAP, 
A-BOOT-COMMAND-BLOCK, A-BOOT-KEYBOARD, A-BOOT-DEVICE, M-SELF).

    Started adding support for accessing the support vector and microcode 
entry vector.

    Updated NUPI and CPU boards to support reads from CROMO-Resource-Bits.
