[LMH]Another new exploiter release

Hello all.

Okay, it's available at:

Changes include:

    Additional debugging information for call/return.

    Redesigned NuBus emulation interface.

    Some added instructions.

    Added board type names for the existing NuBus boards.

    Fixed bugs in the pht search and update functions.

    Broke %PAGE-STATUS to keep things working until the vm is operational.

    Probably other stuff.

Right now the system executes through to somewhere in DEQ-ELEMENT in
GET-ACB-FAST, somewhere under INITIALIZE-DISK-SYSTEM. It tries to exeucte
a PUSH-AREFI instruction against a physical array with a displacement into
the middle of nowhere. I haven't managed to track down where the bogus
value is coming from, but it appears to have something to do with the
value of *ACB-QS*.

My current plan is still to concentrate on getting the vm working
properly.
