[LMH]MicroExplorer reset error

Hi,
I acquired a MicroExplorer board a few months ago and today I finally found
the time to put it into a Mac IIci. I managed to install System 6.0.8 on the
machine (wow, that boots fast!) and found myself BBedit to edit the startup
file. Lacking documentation, I guessed that I needed to change the line
"loadname = d820.load" into "loadname = n928.load" as I only found the latter
file in the MicroExplorer software distribution I have. Still, when starting
the "microexplorer" executable, I get the error message "microExplorer reset
error = 28".
Of the other parameters in the startup file, I only found "forslot" being
somehow indicative of it's meaning, but changing that to some other values did
not yield any different results.
Can anyone help? Is my Microexplorer broken? Is there any magic which needs
to be applied in order to get it running?
Thanks,
Hans
