[LMH]Exploiter progress

Hello all.

New version of Exploiter up at the usual place:
http://www.dridus.com/~nyef/lispm/exploiter/exploiter-9c0905.tgz

This version doesn't get any further on either EXP1.LOAD or N928.LOAD, but
now dies when it doesn't recognize an accessed AMEM location (and
recognizes more AMEM locations, and has #defines for most known AMEM
locations), has a first draft for NuBus access interfaces, has memory
behind the A-Mem locations for the PHT and PPD table information, and...
and... I don't remember if there was anything else.

Anyway, next step is to simulate a 2MB memory board in slot 4 and set up
an initial PHT and PPD for it.
