I'd appreciate it if people would please try making the docs on their
systems to see if any incompatibilities arise.  I'm using a fairly new
teTeX installation (like a few weeks old), and I may have some
newer versions of packages that other people don't.  It'd be good to
narrow down what versions conflict and maybe we can keep a log of the
newest versions of whichever packages are required.
