[LispM-Hackers] Changes

Hi;

To quote the great philospher David Bowie, "turn and face the strange,
ch-ch-ch-changes..."

I seem to have screwed up some I/O format width kind of thing.  I am
going to have to track it down tomorrow.  The program seems to run OK,
but some of the debugging/disassembly printouts seem hosed.

Oh, well.  Wish I'd noticed before I'd committed.  Whoops.  Promise to
fix it tomorrow.
