[LispM-Hackers] arch/* stuff is currently broken

Hi;

I still have the hood open on the bare-iron and unix build targets in
the arch subdirectory.  I very much doubt anybody uses them, so I
committed stuff incompletely. 

Specifically, I think I have made some major mistakes in which I
include in the "common" subdirectory.  So, I am going to muck about
with this stuff for a bit.

However, the stuff in the top-level e3 directory should work fine.
Let me know if I busted anything, and I will fix ASAP.
