[LMH] Lisp Machine Manual - Please review

Hi,

I have been working on converting the 6th edition of the Lisp Machine
Manual to XML with hyperlinks.  A preliminary version is online at
http://bknr.net/static/lmman/

It is my intention to produce an editable version of the manual that
could be the base for a new version.  Thus, I would be very glad to
get comments on the XML format as well as the rendered output.  Also,
if you find apparent bugs or problems or have suggestions, please let
me know.
