[LMH] New nevermore version.

Hello all.

Okay, I just pushed a new version of nevermore to
http://www.dridus.com/~nyef/lispm/nevermore/

The big feature this time is that it's faster.

Unfortunately, I forgot to thank everyone who helped to
make it faster in the README. I'll put that on my list
to fix for next version. Sorry guys!

I expect to be working on fixing the memory board
emulation to pass the self-test over the next couple of
days. Maybe then we can see some new screenshots...
