[LMH]New Exploiter Version

Hello all.

At long last, after a 7-and-a-half month delay, a new version of exploiter
is available.

This version integrates the latest patches that Robert Swindells sent me
(new opcode handlers, dummied up NUPI and CPU board emulations, and so on)
and the few changes I made over the interim (mostly moving the A-Memory
handling out to a separate file).

This version presently fails when trying to execute a
%ALLOCATE-AND-INITIALIZE-ARRAY instruction while initializing the NuBus
boards. The reason this fails is because the DEFAULT-CONS-AREA has not
been set by this point (unlike on the previous version, which didn't
initialize the NuBus boards, and did set the DEFAULT-CONS-AREA before
executing %ALLOCATE-AND-INITIALIZE-ARRAY).

As I find the time, I intend to work on fixing the NuBus interface so that
real virtual memory will be implementable, and adding some more debugging
information for call frame changes.

Again, thanks to Robert Swindells for doing most of the work this time
around.

Enjoy!
