Hello all.

Changes include:

    Changed ADD-IMMED to use a signed immediate.

    Implemented PUSH-CONS, EQUAL, PUSH-GET, APPLY-TO-INDS, 
LONG-BR-NULL-ELSE-POP, SHRINK-PDL-SAVE-TOP, SET-ARRAY-LEADER, SET-AR-1, 
%CHANGE-PAGE-STATUS, %REGION-NUMBER, %OPEN-CATCH-MULTIPLE-VALUE, and 
ARRAY-LEADER.

    Included patches from RJS for %NuBus-Read-16B and BIND-POP (possibly 
other stuff as well, I forget).

    Added support for funcalling symbols and U-Entries.

    Added U-Entry 8 (LIST).

    Added A-Memory location for BACKGROUND-CONS-AREA.

    Reworked most of the array handling.

At this point, EXP1.LOAD runs through CHECK-AND-MAYBE-SIGNAL-ERROR, where 
it branches off into the condition system because the %IO instruction is 
simply returning the FIXNUM 0, instead of doing anything with the RQB or 
DEVICE-DESC.
