[LMH]Exploiter progress

Hello all.

Okay, it's been six weeks and not a lot to show for it. At
http://www.dridus.com/~nyef/lispm/exploiter/exploiter-9c1017.tgz is a new
version. Changes include:

    Fleshed out NuBus implementation (added a 2meg memory board in slot 4)
    Initialized PHT and PPD tables
    Copied the wired parts of the load band into memory, setting up PHT
entries for them
