[LMH]More Exploiter progress

Hello all.

I have just uploaded a new version of Exploiter to
http://www.dridus.com/~nyef/lispm/exploiter/exploiter-9c0524.tgz

This version gets as far as the first call to MAKE-ARRAY, which dies
because it has a long-args word (not yet supported) and an &REST argument
(also not yet supported).

This version now uses mmap() to access the load band.

There have been a number of other changes which I will not attempt to
summarize here.

I will be working on adding support for the Special PDL and memory
allocation.
