Does this mean the test is not supported, or that the Explorer I doesn't
support the SIB video?

If it doesn't have SIB video, what is the normal video card for the
Explorer I, and what is it's resolution/color depth?

(I'm working on conditionalizing out the emulator to handle both the
Explorer 1 and 2)
