[LMH]Exploiter progress

Hello all.

I've pushed the latest version of exploiter to the usual place
(http://www.dridus.com/~nyef/lispm/exploiter/exploiter-9c0629.tgz).

This version dies in MAKE-ARRAY where the keyword argument processing
happens (unimplemented auxop).

I realized that I hadn't worked on it in about a month, so I figured I'd
put it where other people could get at it...
