It's extracted from Al Kossow's Explorer I disk images.

The partition-table content for this band was
"Rel 4.1 - Exp I - 12/13"

Please download this if you need it, as Sakura is really short on disk
space and I can't leave it there for very long.  But try not to hammer the
machine as I'm on a metered pipe as well and my ISP will complain if I eat
too much bandwidth.  The file is 46,080,000 bytes long and it's MD5SUM is
