I figure that future documents will all want to use the same
documentation style.  This change to the SSDN2 and the new E3Doc.sty
file are the first stab at it.  Eventually the E3Doc.sty file will be
moved elsewhere, probably up a directory or something.  All of the E3
docs in LaTeX will use this file.  This way the entire doc system
depends only on a vanilla LaTeX installation, and includes its own
macrology along with it.
