[LispM-Hackers] ViewCVS installed

I found a nice CVSweb-like program, ViewCVS.  This is now installed.  Not
only can you browse the E3 sources, you can also look at some of my
personal stuff.  Not that it's very interesting.  Although some people may
be startled by the file [James's Stuff]/configs/xemacs/xemacs/keydefs.el.
I have a *lot* of key defs.
