[LispM-Hackers] <iostream> vs <iostream.h>

BTW, the standard seems to say to use <iostream> rather than <iostream.h>.

In /usr/include/g++-2 on my box <iostream> just #includes
<iostream.h>.  Presumably using <iostream> is more standard.  But how do
other systems behave?  Could people look around?
